I lead and contribute to a range of EU and national research, education, and social projects focused on social innovation, diversity & inclusion governance, and community development. Currently, I’m a team member of the project Discourse Data Ethics (DDE) at the Institute for Data Applications and Security (IDAS) at Bern University of Applied Sciences. I’m managing and coordinating Erasmus+ projects, including KA2 UNICOM 2023–2027 (national coordinator), KA2 Good Governance (2025–2028), KA220-HED (Higher Education) SPARK (2025-2028) (national co-coordinator). I’ve successfully implemented a set of Jean Monnet projects – Head of Excellence ESSIE (2022-2025), Jean Monnet Chair SCAES (2020-2023), Jean Monnet Project EVDISD (2020 – 2021), and Jean Monnet Module SCEGES (2017-2020). I have been an executive researcher on Ministry-funded projects about cognitive technologies in education and strategies for social cohesion. I translate research into practice through mentoring and consulting, and more. My work brings together an interdisciplinary approach in academic research, effective project management, and wide expertise in consulting and community development.
