I am an experienced academic leader and consultant with over 25 years of experience across higher education, research, and private practice. Since 2022, I head the Centre of Social Innovation in Education at Dragomanov University in Kyiv, Ukraine, leading research and university–community inclusion projects, and I also direct Amity Consulting (2003–present), providing business performance, training, and management consulting. I have held multiple visiting professorships in Italy (Milan, Verona, Genoa) focused on diversity management, forced migration, intercultural counselling, and social cohesion. Longstanding roles include professorships and program leadership at Dragomanov University and Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, voluntary leadership of a cognitive research lab, and earlier senior roles in marketing and tax consulting.
