At the Department of Management and Innovative Technologies of Social Cultural Acitivity” I’m Director of the following Master Programs : “Diversity Management” and “Social Cultural Technologies” (Ukrainian Dragomanov State University). As s team leader, academic coordinator of Jean Monet Module “Social Cohesion in Education and Governance: European Studies” (grant of Erasmus+ program) I developed and conducted teaching courses for masters – “Social cohesion in Education”, “EU practices of community development”. Leader and coordinator of scientific research program (grant of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine) “Conceptual bases of cognitive technologies in education” (2016 -2018) I developed new technologies of teaching & learning based on the principles of cognitive effectiveness and transversal competencies development. Also there were approaches of social engagement, active citizenship and problem solving. Author and tutor of MBA course “Management Consulting” and “Business Mediation” (School of Business at the University “Krok”), author and tutor of the following courses: “Social Cohesion in Community Development: European Studies”, “Performance Auditing”, “Creative Thinking and Innovations”, “Innovations in Management” etc. (National Pedagogical Dragomanov University – now Dragomanov Ukrainian State University). Every year I supervised about 5-7 bachelors and 3-5 masters thesis. At the moment I’m superviser of 2 PhD students (defence in December) and one post-PhD student. I’m a Vice-Head of the Department on scientific work and international cooperation. Team member in Jean Monnet Module “EU Practices of Social and Economic Inclusion”
At the psychology faculty of IPE of Kyiv Taras Schevchenko National University (KTSNU) I developed and conducted the following courses: “Ingeneer psychology” (for masters in 2010 – 2018), “Cognitive ergonomics” (2019), “Psychology of mass behaviour” (masters, 2013 – 2017), “Management of customer’s behaviour” (2017 – 2018, bachelors), “Social training” (masters, 2014-2017), “Psychology of creativity” (masters, 2013 – 2019), “Psychology of communication” (2019 – current, masters), “Psychology of success” (bachelors, 2019 – current). Every year I supervised about 10-12 bachelors and 5-7 masters thesis at the psychology faculty of KTSNU.
At the position of Associated Professor of the Department of Management and European Integration at National Pedagogical Dragomanov University (2011 – 2016) I was a developer and tutor of the following courses: “Management of Education Institution” (masters), “Administrative Management” (masters), “European Practices of Management” (masters), “Intercultural Management” (PhD students), “Management Audit” (masters). Also I was responsible for quality assurance and strategic development of the Department of Management and European Integration The intensive course “Intercultural counselling & Mediation” has been introduced as a workshop on 21-22.02.23 at the Department of Management and Innovative Technologies of Social Cultural Activity (DUSU). After this workshop the course has been approved by the administration of the Department and Head of the Institute of Public Administration and Governance (DUSU) as open distance course on the Moodle platform and other open learning platform for foreign students and students of DUSU.
