PSYCOLOGY AND PSYCHOTHERAPY COMPETENCIES
The diploma with the excellence has been got in 2006 at the Institute of Post-Diploma Education of Kyiv National Taras Schevchenko University. The qualification is Psychologist. In the next year the additional specialization as individual consultant has been collected in the Institute of Psychology named I. Kostiuk.
The coaching practice has been started earlier, in 2003 year, when I organized the Amity Coach Club in Kiev, during my membership in International Coaching Association by Tomas Leonard. Marsha Reynolds, Sir John Witmer, Merilin Atkinson, and other internationally recognized masters of world coaching were my inspirers.
My post-PhD thesis (2016) deepened the focus on cognitive patterns of human behavior, modern neuroscience, and its social dimensions. As a psychologist and psychotherapist, I specialize in Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy (International Wiesbaden Academy) and it is also oriented on individual and group behavior changes. As facilitator of dialogues of OSCE, certified facilitator of the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA, Canada) and facilitator of the “Active Citizens” program (British Council) I’m experienced in teaching and practicing interaction in social and community sustainable development. During my research, teaching, and project activities, I demonstrate dedicated research interests and expertise in the study of diversity, social cohesion, rising inequality, and its consequences.
